Academic Terms
Capital Montessori School runs two academic terms during the year. The Fall term runs from the beginning of September through the end of June. The Summer Term runs from the beginning of July through the end of the second week in August. Both terms are academic in nature, however we take advantage of the wonderful Washington summers with more outdoor learning opportunities during the summer.
Full Day Program
Capital Montessori School offers two full time Children's House Classes. These classes serve ages 3 through Kindergarten. Classes run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Before and After school care is available for this program. Please see Care Time below for more information.
Tuition
Tuition is due on the 1st of the month and late by the 5th of the month. A 10% discount is given to younger siblings.

Care Time
Care Time charges are billed monthly on an as-used basis. The current rate is $5.00/hour and is rounded to the minute. Care time charges start from the minute school ends or begins if they are not dropped off or picked up within fifteen minutes of the start/end time. CMS is open from 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM. A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be assessed for pick ups after 5:30.
